Ice Climbing
The ice climbing paradise in the swiss Alps. Magic Wood in the summer for bouldering is equivalent to The Valley of Ferrera & Avers for ice climbers in the winter.

Indoor climbing
For longer rainy days periods, visit our local climbing gyms or the Bodhi Cave next to the Edelweiss:
Bodhi Cave
In the attic above our garage, we have Bodhi Cave. A place to train on rainy days when the boulders are wet. You can use the The Cave to warm up, or to stay strong in the winter months

Overnight stop at the Backpackers Generoso for the Walserweg route or the Alpenpässeweg.
Skitouring
Ausserferrera is a perfect base for ski tourers. The possibilities are nearly indefinite in the area. Piz la Mazza and Piz Grisch right in front of the door, summit after summit in the valley of Avers. Piz Beverin or the areas of Schamserberg and San Berarndino are just arround the corner.
